Tribe Hotel Perth really is built for the modern traveller.
I stayed at Tribe Hotel Perth when I was in Western Australia a couple of weeks back. With a fair bit of work to do while I was there, Tribe made the whole experience an absolute breeze.
Walking into the building, the first thing you notice is the cosy yet cool interior. It felt more like an incredibly stylish home than a hotel; a welcome change from your typical stuffy hotel lobby.
The second thing I noticed was the speed of the free Wi-Fi, which is accessible all over the hotel. Better than my connection at home. Taking the lift up to my room was also an experience. The mirrored walls and roof made the lift feel like you’re inside a hall of mirrors at an amusement park (great for a lift selfie).
The rooms at Tribe are designed to ensure that you have everything you need and nothing you don’t. The bed was super comfy and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a stunning view. I slept like a baby and was thrilled to find the bathroom stocked with my favourite Kevin Murphy hair and body products.
In the mornings, there’s an array of breakfast options including paleo granola and little pots of chia pudding. And of course, beloved coffee, freshly brewed using locally roasted coffee beans.
When it was time to work, the light-filled communal workspace was heaven-sent with it’s long tables, lush couches and proximity to the coffee machine. Kings Park is also just metres away if you need a little walk in the fresh air between emails. Tribe also have loan bikes available if you want to venture out a bit further.
After three nights, I was ready to live there. Hey Tribe, can I move in?
